• Queues PNR's to Host Agency Solutions to process all ticketing requirements

• IATA membership is included and we will update you on relevant information

• Host Agency Solutions has a team of experienced agents and industry veterans available to answer any questions you may have regarding IT, Supplier Relations, Booking or Fare question etc.

• Each and every PNR is reviewed by our team of experienced Quality Control staff before issueing the ticket or invoicing the file

• Due to our volume, consortium membership is not required as we contract directly with all suppliers and maintain top tier commissions and contracts.

• $2,000,000 of Errors and Omissions insurance is included in HAS Membership

• As a current Air Canada Circle of Excellence member reduced rate (Q Escape) tickets are made available (some restrictions apply and may change)

• Spend less time with PNR accounting and more time selling and marketing travel

• Host Agency Solutions only requires that you are meeting TICO, BPCPA or other regulatory requirements but not change your brand. We simply make your back of the house requirements easier and less expensive.

• Host Agency Solutions will keep you informed of various supplier webinars and in person training sessions as well as HAS's own specialized training programs that you as a member may wish to take part in.

• Host Agency Solutions agencies will be able to take advantage of national marketing campaigns, promotions and group departures

• HAS agencies will have access to national training initiatives

• Requires staffing and continual updates to methods

• Requires IATA membership including dues and letters of credit etc

• Must rely on own network within the agency and suppliers for questions and other forms of assistance

• Must rely on the individual agent or manager to verify if pnr's are being invoiced properly

• Depending on volume must rely on consortium membership to have access to top tier commission levels

• Must pay high premiums for Errors and Omissions insurance

• May not have the volume to get access to supplier reduced rate programs

• Spend hours each week entering accounting lines in PNR's instead of selling travel

• May be forced to take on the consortias name and lose the hard earned local brand awareness you have built up
