IATA and Regulatory Requirements
As a member of Host Agency Solutions, your bookings are made under our IATA number, providing you with tremendous savings. We address and process any fees or submissions required by IATA or other regulatory requirements with TICO or BPCPA.
Centralized Ticketing
Each ticket is issued at the Host Agency Solutions head office. Our Quality Assurance department checks each booking carefully, ensuring 100% accuracy so that your client’s booking is right the first time. Emergency 24/7 ticketing services are also available (extra charges will apply).
Dedicated Support
With Host Agency Solutions, you are in business for yourself not by yourself. A team of Inside Sales Managers is available by calling toll-free or online via discussion boards or email to provide hands-on assistance for all of your travel bookings. All of our advisors are experienced travel agents with Certified Travel Counselor designations.
Accounting and Administration
Our professional accountants track, process, and ensure that your commissions are electronically deposited (commissions are deposited twice monthly). You will have live access to reports and your invoices can be customized via VirtuallyThere.
Information Technology
Host Agency Solutions stays on the cutting edge of IT. By continually investing in IT we are able to provide you with the tools you need to expand your travel agency. This allows us to provide you with top of the line booking engines, client databases, access to @hostagencysolutions.ca email addresses. All of these services are supported by the Host Agency Solutions head office IT team.
